REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At Khushbu & Co, all products are carefully curated and quality-checked prior to dispatch. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

NO RETURN • NO REFUND • NO EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales made on the Khushbu & Co website and associated online selling platforms are final.
We do not accept returns, do not offer refunds, and do not allow exchanges once an order has been successfully placed and confirmed.
By placing an order, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this No Return, No Refund, No Exchange policy.

EXCEPTIONS (MANDATORY UNDER INDIAN LAW)
Notwithstanding the above, exceptions may be made only in the following circumstances, as required under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019:
  1. Manufacturing Defect
  2. Incorrect Product Delivered
In such cases, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at khushbunco.care@gmail.com with:
  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue
Failure to report within the specified time may result in rejection of the request.

RESOLUTION METHOD
If your claim is verified and approved:
  • We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit
  • Refunds will not be issued, except where legally mandated
The mode of resolution will be determined solely by Khushbu & Co.

NON-ELIGIBLE CASES
Requests will not be accepted for:
  • Minor color or design variations
  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Size, fit, or style dissatisfaction
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Incorrect address or failed delivery due to customer error
  • Delays caused by courier partners or customs authorities

SALE / DISCOUNTED ITEMS
All discounted, promotional, or sale items are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, without exception unless required by law.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed and confirmed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances. Customs duties, taxes, and import charges are non-refundable.
