This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the Khushbu & Co website and associated online selling platforms.

1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Khushbu & Co reserves the right to delay or cancel orders due to product availability, payment verification issues, or unforeseen operational constraints. Customers will be notified in such cases.

2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (INDIA)
We currently ship to most locations across India.
Estimated Delivery Time:
• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Non-metro & remote areas: 5–8 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to select countries.
Estimated Delivery Time:
7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Khushbu & Co is not responsible for delays, refusals, or additional charges arising from customs inspections or regulations in the destination country.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout and are based on order value, delivery location, weight, and courier partner rates.
Occasional promotions may include free or discounted shipping, subject to specific terms and conditions.

5. TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking details. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect on the courier partner’s website.

6. DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Khushbu & Co is not liable for courier delays once the order has been dispatched.
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at khushbunco.care@gmail.comwithin 7 days of the expected delivery date so we may assist you.

7. INCORRECT ADDRESS OR FAILED DELIVERY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. Khushbu & Co shall not be liable for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
In the event of a failed delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, additional re-shipping charges may apply.

8. RISK OF LOSS
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon dispatch from our facility to the shipping carrier.

9. FORCE MAJEURE
Khushbu & Co shall not be held responsible for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or disruptions in logistics networks.
